Merchant App – FAQ (Nurses, Caretakers, Physiotherapists)

1. Who can register on the Home Care 99 Merchant App?

  • Anyone who is a qualified Nurse (ANM, GNM, BSc Nursing), certified Physiotherapist, or experienced Caretaker (elderly/post-surgical care) can register. Nursing students in 2nd and 3rd year are also eligible.

2. How do I register on the app?

  • Download the Home Care 99 Merchant App → Fill your profile → Upload your ID and qualification documents → Get verified → Start accepting jobs.

3. Is there any registration fee or commission?

  • No registration fee. We offer zero commission for initial months to help you grow.

4. How will I get bookings?

  • Once your profile is approved, patients near your location can view your profile and directly book or contact you via call/chat through the app.

5. How will I receive payment for my services?

  • Payment is made directly from the client to the provider. Home Care 99 does not take a cut or act as a middleman.

6. Can I choose my own working hours?

  • Yes! You’re fully independent to set your availability and accept bookings that suit your schedule.

7. Will I receive support if I have any issue?

1. What services can I book using Home Care 99?

  • You can find and book Nurses, Physiotherapists, and Caretakers for home visits or long-term support.

2. How do I book a service?

  • Download the Home Care 99 User App → Enter your location → Choose a category → View profiles → Call or chat with your preferred provider.

3. Are service providers verified?

  • Yes, all providers are verified through ID checks, qualifications, and experience before being listed.

4. How do I pay for the service?

  • You pay the provider directly. We don’t take commission or charge hidden fees.

5. Can I schedule for a future date?

  • Yes, you can book services in advance by coordinating directly with the provider through the app.

6. What if the provider cancels or doesn’t show up?

  • You can immediately contact another provider via the app, or call our support line for help.

7. Is my data and privacy safe?

  • Yes. We strictly protect user information and only share basic contact details with your selected provider.
